Marc is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has over 20 years’ corporate finance experience in growth companies, having advised on all aspects of IPO, M&A and secondary funding. Marc has advised clients across a range of sectors. His recent clients include The Bank of Georgia, Bango PLC and Redcentric PLC.

Prior to joining the team, Marc served as the managing director at Cantor Fitzgerald Europe and was also a director at Charles Stanley Securities. Before that, he worked as a senior vice president at both Macquarie Capital Partners and Fox-Pitt, Kelton.
