Duncan Bailey

Analyst

Duncan is an analyst at Oaklins Intrepid, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, he has experience across a broad set of industries but focuses mainly on industrials and business services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Duncan worked as an analyst at an ETF issuer, a debt private placement agent and a boutique investment bank, gaining exposure across a range of products and industries. He earned a BS in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated magna cum laude on private and public scholarship, with a concentration in statistics and philosophy.
