Bjørn Campbell Pedersen

Partner

Bjørn is a partner at Oaklins Norway and one of the company’s founders. He leads Oaklins Norway’s food and beverage team and has extensive experience in M&A advisory, including cross-border transactions and private equity processes. His main areas of focus include the food and beverage, TMT (technology, media and telecommunications), business services, and consumer and retail sectors. Notable projects Bjørn has advised on include Skanem’s acquisition of Bergen Plastics, TINE and Nortura’s sale of Maskon to Scale AQ/Kverva, Trym Anlegg’s sale to Aarsleff, the sale of Rail Infrastructure AS to Mesta, DNB ASA’s disposal of Notabene, and acquisitions for JobZone.

Bjørn started his career in shipping, IT and finance, gaining a unique combination of experience that strengthens his advisory practice. In addition, Bjørn has served on the boards of the breweries Hansa Borg Bryggerier AS and Ludwig Mack AS. He has a master’s degree in business and finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
