Lubomir Soltys
Partner
Lubomir is a partner at Oaklins WOOD & Co. in Slovakia. He has extensive experience in investment banking, having advised on a large number of international transactions, mainly in the energy, utilities, telecommunications, pharma and medical sectors, as well as local M&A and PPP projects for the Slovak and Czech governments. He has managed projects for clients such as the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Transportation, Macquarie, RWE, Veolia, Transpetrol, SPP and Slovak Telekom. He has also advised private equity funds in Central Europe.
Lubomir has worked at Oaklins WOOD & Co. since 1996. He has a master’s degree from the University of Economics in Bratislava.
