Stuart is a partner at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. With M&A experience across a variety of sectors, he focuses on healthcare, particularly on services delivered in the home. He is well connected within the private equity community and has established high-level relationships with UK mid-market and large corporates across healthcare and beyond. Recent transactions include the sale of Westminster Homecare to Care at Home Services; the sale of The MOLE Clinic, a skin cancer screening specialist, to Sk:n; the sale of Sens-Tech, a manufacturer of specialist components to industries, including medical/healthcare, to discoverIE plc; and the sale of Millbrook Healthcare, a nationwide provider of equipment, assessment and home-based services, to private equity investor Cairngorm Capital.

Prior to joining the Oaklins team, Stuart worked in an assurance advisory role, which included supporting clients in both the UK and overseas in acquisition transactions and IPOs. Stuart has also worked as the interim group financial controller of a Lloyds of London insurance group and as the acting group financial controller of a Middle Eastern-based hotel group.
