July 2019 — Avectris AG, a full-service IT provider, has acquired ERPsourcing AG.
Avectris provides IT services for Swiss SMEs, primarily in the utilities, healthcare, finance and industrial sectors. Avectris is in tune with the needs of its customers and provides integrated IT services from a single source. Its focus is on hybrid cloud solutions, outsourcing, SAP S/4HANA, collaboration, IT services management, and consultancy services specializing in IT security and business continuity. The company is headquartered in Baden and has around 350 employees.
ERPsourcing AG is an IT services company active in the field of hosting and outsourcing, in particular in the SAP environment.
