Agrícola Victoria has completed a syndicated loan for the agribusiness division owned by Almonacid
Agrícola Victoria, a division of Inversiones e Inmobiliaria Almonacid Ltda., has completed a restructuring.
Agrícola Victoria owns 474 hectares in Chile (with cherry, table and wine grape, kiwi, apple and lemon plantations), and the export company Victoria Fruits.
Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as financial advisor to Almonacid to carry out the renegotiation and restructuring of a syndicated loan. The transaction resulted in the structuring of a new syndicated loan for Agrícola Victoria.
