Bente Rasenberg

Associate

Bente is an associate at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of the M&A team. She has been involved in numerous (cross-border) M&A transactions for family business owners, corporates and private equity firms. She has advised on a wide range of deals in sectors including human resources, renewable energy, business support services and manufacturing. Notable M&A transactions include the sales of Eternal Sun to Bolster Investment Partners, Motrac Industries to Anders Invest, Pragmatics to World of Talents, Litecad to The Specialist Group and Pagter Innovations to a private investor.

Bente joined the team in 2022 after completing internships at Oaklins Netherlands and Van Lanschot Kempen. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in finance, with a specialization in corporate finance, both from the University of Amsterdam.
