Dr. Daniel Spring

Director

Daniel is a director and the head of valuations at Oaklins Switzerland. He has worked for both listed companies and SMEs on M&A and valuation projects. With extensive experience in valuations, financial modeling, purchase price allocation and M&A, notable clients he has advised include Straumann, Sonova, Calida, MSC, Breitling, Bühler, Goldbach, SNB, Swisscom and AutoForm.

Daniel joined Oaklins Switzerland in 2014. He is a CFA charterholder and has a master’s degree and a PhD in Business Administration. During his PhD, he had appointments as a teaching and research assistant at the universities of Basel and Bern, respectively. Prior to that, he worked as an auditor for Deloitte and BDO.
