Operating subsidiaries of ICTS have been acquired by Cyrus Investissements 1 S.A.
February 2013 — Tango Management Coöperatief U.A. has sold its operating subsidiaries of ICTS Europe Holdings B.V. (ICTS) in 24 countries to Cyrus Investissements 1 S.A., a new company set up by Groupe IPE (Paris), and to the management team for an undisclosed consideration.
ICTS is a leading European provider of security services in the areas of airlines, airports, ports, railways, critical infrastructure and luxury shops.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins' team in Germany advised the management of ICTS Europe Holding B.V. in a global bidding process, selling the shares of its operating subsidiaries.
