Nina is an analyst at Angermann M&A Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oaklins Germany, specializing in small cap and distressed M&A transactions. She supports clients and colleagues in industry analyses, financial modeling, the preparation of information material and the efficient execution of transaction processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Nina gained extensive experience in the medical sector and in the co-development of a medtech company. This enables her to combine strong sector knowledge with financial expertise, which she is further developing through her master’s degree in financial management and accounting, and applying to the analysis and execution of transactions.
