Teresa Weißbach

Associate Director

Teresa is an associate director in the debt advisory team at Oaklins Germany. She has more than six years of corporate finance experience, advising corporates and financial sponsors on the structuring and execution of tailored financing solutions. Her expertise includes acquisition, growth and refinancing transactions, with a particular focus on sponsor-backed situations, including cross-border transactions. She has additional experience in structuring factoring facilities as well as sale-and-leaseback solutions. Her debt advisory experience covers syndicated and club deal financings as well as bilateral financing solutions.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Teresa worked in debt and capital advisory at Deloitte and Investec, where she advised on financing processes, from structuring and financial modeling through to closing. Earlier in her career, she worked at KPMG and FTI Consulting, focusing on financial modeling and company valuation. Teresa has two master’s degrees from Chemnitz University of Technology in finance and in accounting, controlling and management, and she is a certified valuation analyst (CVA).
