OTS Open Travel Services AG, a subsidiary of MTS Globe Group, is a leading hotel trading provider based in Glattbrugg, Switzerland. OTS acts as a B2B hotel trading intermediary paring travel sellers, such as travel agencies and tour operators with accommodation providers.

OTS sources accommodation capacity directly from various hotels and provides a wide portfolio of hotels accessible to travel sellers. With over 31 million overnights per year and a portfolio of over 10,000 hotels, OTS is one of the leading hotel trading platforms in Europe.

Oaklins’ team in Switzerland was engaged to provide a fair market valuation of OTS in order to analyze the impact on the company’s valuation before, during and after the COVID-19-pandemic.
