HPG Invest has acquired BIEBER
HPG Invest, thorugh its portfolio company Prefal, has acquired BIEBER for US$6 million.
Prefal is a French manufacturer of PVC and aluminum windows.
BIEBER produces timber windows and doors in the Alsace region. The leading manufacturer of premier custom-made windows in France, the company is now targeting the British market and has recently completed a number of projects in the UK, including a prestigious hotel development in Watford.
