The private shareholder of Greenwishes has sold the company to Tri-O for an undisclosed consideration.
Founded in France in 2009, Greenwishes provides innovative B2B waste management solutions such as sorting, collecting, recycling and managing waste for companies.
Founded in 1997, Tri-O specializes in the optimal sorting of office waste, particularly in the collection, sorting and recycling of cardboard and office paper.
