SECAL has been acquired by VINCI Energies

July 2026 — SECAL has been acquired by VINCI Energies to strengthen its lifting services offering and expand its capabilities across strategic industrial markets. This acquisition also provides SECAL with access to new markets and growth opportunities, particularly in the environment, aerospace and rail sectors.

Backed by private equity firm Isatis Capital, SECAL is a leading French specialist in lifting and handling equipment, offering a comprehensive range of solutions. The group operates across the entire value chain, from the design of standard and bespoke equipment through its in-house engineering capabilities, to manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning. With approximately 100 employees across four sites, SECAL serves a prestigious and loyal customer base across a diversified range of industries, both in France and internationally.

VINCI Energies is a global provider of multi-technical solutions supporting the energy, digital and industrial transitions across infrastructure, industry, building solutions and information and communications technology (ICT). With approximately 2,200 companies across 60 countries and 109,000 employees, VINCI Energies operates under a highly decentralized model combining the resources and scale of a global organization with strong local market expertise. It serves a diversified customer base including utilities, industrial companies, public-sector organizations and building owners, while expanding its presence in high-growth and strategic markets such as defense and data centers.
