César Fontanel

Associate

César is an associate at Oaklins France with over five years’ experience in the investment banking industry. He advises clients on both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing market analysis, financial modeling, valuation and sales materials. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the acquisition of Rollakin, an online distributor of industrial spare parts, by Latour and Initiative & Finance; the acquisition of Forward Global, a specialist in corporate risk and cybersecurity, by Bridgepoint; and the sale of Incoplas, a supplier of blow molding packaging, to AST Group.
 
Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, César spent three years at Clearwater International. Before that, he worked at Cambon Partners and Bryan, Garnier & Co. He has a master’s degree in management from emlyon business school.
