Chemica has been acquired by Dentressangle Initiatives SAS
The private shareholders of Chemica have announced the sale of the company to Dentressangle Initiatives SAS, an investment company founded in 2009, for a US$34 million consideration.
Chemica, founded in 1983 in St Etienne, France, is a manufacturer of heat transfers for the textile market.
