Adria Electronic d.o.o., a leading provider of smart hotel room management systems in Southeast Europe, has been acquired by VDA Group S.p.A., an Italian hospitality technology company and one of the world’s largest providers of guest room management systems (GRMS). The transaction was completed in two stages, with VDA Group initially acquiring a 70% stake in the company, followed by the acquisition of the remaining 30%, resulting in full ownership of Adria Electronic.
