White Bridge Investments has acquired a majority stake in Costruzione Emiliana Ingranaggi SpA (CEI) from Alto Partners SGR.
White Bridge Investments is an investment holding specialized in private equity transactions. It is an active shareholder that provides strategic guidance and financial resources to support the growth of leading businesses within their respective market niches, through organic and inorganic growth, operational efficiency and internationalization. Since inception, the firm has invested a total enterprise value of US$1.7 billion.
Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Anzola Emilia, Italy, CEI is active in the automotive aftermarket sector. The company manufactures spare parts for trucks, buses and commercial vehicles, and its products are perfectly interchangeable with genuine parts, designed and manufactured using the most advanced technologies and production systems. CEI’s product range includes a comprehensive choice of spare parts for gearbox and differential repair, and a wide choice of components for the chassis as well as for steering and braking systems, suspension and engines.
Alto Partners SGR, an independent company, is controlled by its expert multidisciplinary team to promote and manage private equity funds investing in small-to-medium-sized Italian companies.
