Amalfi Holding S.p.A. is a company controlled by Amalfi Invest and the Ferraioli family.

La Doria is an Italian leading food and beverage group that produces tomato-based products, pasta sauces, canned vegetables and fruit juices, especially for private label. The company is a major supplier to large supermarket chains both in Italy and abroad. Clients include Conad, Carrefour, Auchan and Selex in Italy, and Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose, Asda, Lidl and Ica abroad.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company Banca Akros acted as the appointed broker in the collection of shares in the total voluntary public tender offer of 20.1% of La Doria S.p.A. by Amalfi Holding S.p.A.
