Saipem SpA has completed a fundraising.

Saipem SpA provides integrated basic and detailed onshore engineering, procurement, project management and construction services mainly to the oil and gas, complex civil and marine infrastructure, and environmental market sectors. It operates in the offshore and onshore engineering and construction; and offshore and onshore drilling business segments.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company Banca Akros acted as the joint bookrunner in the rights issue of Saipem SpA for a total deal value of approximately US$2 billion.
