CP Cloud has been acquired by Meduspace

June 2026 — Meduspace, a platform controlled by Koinos Capital through its Koinos Uno fund, has acquired CP Cloud as part of a buy-and-build strategy to create a leading Italian player in medical and scientific education. The transaction strengthens Meduspace’s capabilities and expands its presence across key therapeutic areas, including general medicine, advanced clinical simulation and related healthcare training services. The deal includes the reinvestment of the founding shareholders, ensuring management continuity. Strategically, the acquisition accelerates scale, enhances integration and cross-selling opportunities across healthcare professionals and supports the platform’s ambition to reach approximately US$117 million (€100 million) in revenue.

Based in Florence, CP Cloud is a well-established, integrated provider of medical and scientific training services covering the full healthcare training value chain, combining content design, delivery, technology, advanced clinical simulation and certification capabilities. Its strong market position, entrepreneurial heritage and complementary fit within a buy‑and‑build platform make it a strategic asset in the consolidation of the Italian healthcare education market. CP Cloud’s primary clients include healthcare professionals, such as doctors and specialists; pharmaceutical and life sciences companies; and healthcare organizations and institutions. The company has built a solid presence in the Italian market and contributes to the training of a large number of healthcare professionals as part of broader industry initiatives linked to continuous education requirements. CP Cloud operates as a multi-entity group comprising several specialized subsidiaries, including Regia Congressi, Euromediform, Base Group Service, Virtual Training Support (VITS), SA Certification and Statista. Together, these entities provide a diversified offering spanning education delivery, scientific content production, simulation technologies and certification services, enabling the group to address multiple segments of the healthcare training market.

Meduspace is a medical and scientific training platform created in November 2025 by Koinos Capital through the aggregation of Dynamicom Education, Formedica and MP.
