Our role in the transaction

Oaklins' team in Italy assisted the buyer in this transaction. The team had advised Saet Group previously on a successful MBI. Following that transaction, an ambitious platform building project was launched to create a global leader in the induction industry. In the framework of this expansion strategy, Oaklins' Italian team advised Saet Group on the acquisition of Induction Equipment India Ltd in August 2007.
