Provel S.r.l. has been acquired by 3D Systems Corporation
October 2010 — 3D Systems Corporation has announced the acquisition of Provel S.r.l., an Italian provider of rapid prototyping, tooling and manufacturing services, as part of the company’s continued expansion of its activities in Europe, for an undisclosed consideration.
Provel' management will remain with the company and play an important role in 3D Systems Corporation's development in Italy and in Europe.
3D Systems Corporation is a listed USA company and a leading provider of 3D printing, rapid prototyping and manufacturing systems, and parts solutions. Its expertly integrated solutions are used for design communication and prototyping as well as for production of functional end-use parts.
