Select Alimenta Srl has raised US$3 million from Arominvest

Select Alimenta Srl has acquired Emans Derivati Aromatici Srl, a company based in Milan, focused on the production of flavors for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The transaction was financed through a capital increase provided by Arominvest, an investment company formed by private investors.

Select Alimenta, founded in 1968 in Milan, is active in the production of a wide range of natural and natural-identical flavors.

Oaklins' team in Italy assisted Select Alimenta and its management team in identifying the investor, agreeing the terms of the shareholders agreement and defining the management incentive scheme.
