Martynas is a co-founding partner at Oaklins Baltics in Vilnius. During the course of his M&A advisory and banking career in Lithuania since 2003, Martynas has worked with various Lithuanian clients in different sectors on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions. Consequently, he has a very wide network of local business connections. He has particular expertise in TMT, e-commerce, retail & wholesale, services, healthcare and catering. Notable clients he has advised include City Service, Pigu.lt, BaltCap, Cili Pica, INVL Technology and Tele2.

Before co-founding the Lithuanian office in 2013, which became the #1 M&A advisor in the market by volume, Martynas worked at the investment banking unit of Swedbank and at the M&A boutique Prime Investment. Martynas has a Bachelor of Science from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from EDHEC Business School in France. He has also completed the CFA (chartered financial analyst) Program.
