White Lab has acquired Testing
February 2024 — White Lab Srl. has acquired Testing Srl.
White Lab, a vertical testing platform managed by White Bridge Investments, in just over a year has combined 12 laboratories with more than 400 employees, reaching over US$50 million in aggregate turnover through a widespread presence across the territory and a broad portfolio of services for the food, environmental, medical and materials sectors. Testing will become its division in testing services on composite materials for the high end automotive, aerospace, nautical and motorsport sectors.
Headquartered in Modena, Italy, and backed by Xenon Private Equity, Testing has over 15 years of experience in mechanical, thermal and chemical-physical tests for the validation of components and materials mainly intended for the high end automotive market. Its customers include the main car manufacturers of the Italian Motor Valley, as well as important international players.
