The owners of Raw Sugar Living have sold the company to WM Partners LP.
Raw Sugar Living is an aspirational lifestyle brand on a mission to promote clean and healthy living through products that are good for the body and nourish the soul. Since 2014, the company has mainstreamed premium quality and vegan-friendly personal care products, recognized by its signature ‘Bamboo Tops & White Bottles’ message and ‘Living Purely Unfiltered’ tagline. Sold nationwide in Target, Meijer and Walgreens, Raw Sugar Living’s products are made with naturally derived ingredients, eco-friendly packaging and sustainable bamboo tops.
WM Partners is a middle-market private equity firm focused on the health and wellness industry. The firm was founded in 2015 and is based in Aventura, Florida.
