Amplify Publishing Group has been acquired by Civica Media

September 2025 — Amplify Publishing Group, a leading brand in hybrid and thought leadership publishing, has been acquired by Civica Media, a newly formed book publishing company backed by capital from Blackbern Partners.

In conjunction with the Amplify transaction, Civica Media has also announced the acquisition of Greenleaf Book Group, an independent publisher and distributor known for its innovation in hybrid publishing.

Amplify Publishing Group specializes in nonfiction titles that shape public discourse. Led by industry veteran Naren Aryal and advised by number one New York Times bestselling author Mel Robbins, Amplify operates several imprints across genres, including RealClear Publishing, 100 Coaches Publishing and Sports Business Journal Publishing. Amplify titles have debuted on the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller lists.

Civica Media is a modern book publishing company that combines editorial excellence with a data-driven approach to deliver a superior author experience through faster time to market, enhanced marketing and best-in-class distribution.

Our role in the transaction

TA Associates has completed a sell-down of its stake in Eurowag

TA Associates has completed a US$40 million accelerated bookbuild (ABB), selling approximately 4.3% of its shareholding in W.A.G. payment solutions AS (Eurowag) through a secondary offering on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction formed part of the private equity sponsor’s continued partial exit following its investment in Eurowag in 2015. The offering attracted strong demand from international institutional and Czech investors, resulting in a successful placement at US$1.33 per share, a 7.4% discount to the previous close and a 2.2% discount to the one-month volume-weighted average price (VWAP).
