June 2026 — NCL – Transitários e Viagens, S.A. has sold its air and sea freight forwarding business to Movitlog, Lda. (MOVIT).
NCL’s air and sea freight forwarding business provides comprehensive support for global import and export operations, ensuring the efficient and reliable movement of goods across international markets.
MOVIT is a Portugal-based logistics and freight forwarding group operating across air, sea and road transport services. The company provides integrated international logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, project cargo, express and time-critical transport and customs brokerage services.
NCL is a Portuguese company active in air and sea freight forwarding and travel agency services.
