Rapac Energy has completed an IPO
July 2026 — Rapac Energy has completed an initial public offering (IPO) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raising approximately US$138 million to support the expansion of its renewable energy platform. The transaction strengthens the company’s capital base and positions Rapac Energy to accelerate the development of new projects, expand its operating portfolio in Israel and abroad and execute its long-term growth strategy.
Rapac Energy is the renewable energy platform of Rapac Communication & Infrastructure Ltd., a publicly listed Israeli infrastructure group. The company develops, finances, constructs, owns and operates renewable energy projects, with a focus on utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Positioned as an integrated developer and operator, Rapac Energy serves municipalities, government entities, industrial customers and other commercial partners through a growing portfolio of operating assets and development projects.

The London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (PSM) continues to demonstrate its potential as a venue for providing shareholder liquidity in high-growth private companies. Following the successful employee share sale for autonomous driving pioneer Wayve earlier this month, fintech leader Moneybox has completed a US$61 million (£45 million) employee liquidity event through the PSM. By structuring the transaction as an employee liquidity event, long-serving employees with vested equity have been able to realize some of the value they helped create while enabling Moneybox to remain private and continue its growth journey. Crowdcube managed the employee seller and investor participation process.
