Amine Benkirane

Amine is a manager at Oaklins Morocco, where he advises corporates, founders and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments. He has a strong background in transportation and logistics M&A. Before joining the team, he advised on more than US$2 billion of completed transactions at Wofford Advisors, including Werner Enterprises on its US$283 million acquisition of FirstFleet, Inmar Intelligence on the sale of Inmar Supply Chain Solutions to DHL and H.I.G. Capital on its approximately US$600 million acquisition of Ascent Global Logistics.

Prior to Oaklins Morocco, Amine spent more than five years at Wofford Advisors, a US-based middle-market M&A advisory firm focused on the transportation and logistics sector. He has an MSc in Finance from Boston University and is completing an MLA in Management at Harvard University.
