Jüri Härm

Jüri is a partner at Oaklins Baltics in Tallinn. He has 15 years of experience in M&A and capital raising across several industries, including construction materials, manufacturing, food & beverage, TMT and financial services. Recent transactions he has advised on are the Luminor/Blackstone acquisition of Maksekeskus, the sale of PRFoods’ Swedish fish farming operations to Egersund, Saint-Gobain’s construction glass business sale to Barrus and the Cgates spin-off to Livonia Partners.

Prior to Oaklins Baltics, Jüri worked in corporate finance at KPMG and the investment banking unit at Swedbank, the largest universal bank in the Baltics. Jüri has an MSc in International Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a BA in Economics and Finance from TalTech University. He has also completed the CFA Program.
