Bill Prescott

Principal

Bill is a principal at Oaklins Heritage in Jacksonville. In addition to providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services, Bill is a member of the firm’s capital markets team, helping clients with capital needs ranging from raising growth capital to strategic consulting for bankruptcies and liquidations. Recent transactions include the sale of Athletic Recovery Zone to Dragon Seats and the sale of St. John’s Food Service to SJFS Holdings.

Prior to joining Oaklins Heritage, Bill was the chief financial officer and senior vice president of Stadium Operations for the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL franchise, and provided financial and operational leadership to the executive team since its inception in 1993. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the financial operations of the Jaguars and EverBank Field venue management.
