November 2017 — The shareholders of InterDynamics Salesgroup B.V. (InterDynamics) have sold the company to A.S.F. Fischer BV.
InterDynamics offers a complete array of diamond-based tools including diamond blades and drills, machines and related accessories through three different branded sales concepts, tailored to the specific needs of the professional end user. The company is the #1 choice in the Netherlands, with a strong distribution network selling through over 250 professional hardware and tool shops and builder merchants.
A.S.F. Fischer is a large-scale importer, wholesaler and concept developer of fasteners. The company supplies its products and concepts to professional builder merchants, the timber and paneling trade, the hardware trade, electronics wholesalers, wholesalers in central heating and sanitary fittings as well as to large-scale manufacturers.
