Digital Survival Group has raised financing to acquire Cloudiction and E-mergo

Digital Survival Group has successfully completed a fundraising round to finance the acquisition of cloud specialist Cloudiction and data and AI frontrunner E-mergo. This transaction further strengthens Digital Survival Group’s position as a leading platform for end-to-end digital transformation.

Digital Survival Group is a digital transformation platform owned by the Dutch private equity firm Lexar Partners. The company provides complementary IT services across various areas, including the cloud, application, low-code, security, data and modern workplace solutions.

Oaklins’ team in the Netherlands assisted Digital Survival Group and Lexar Partners in securing a tailored financing package that provided the flexibility necessary to successfully acquire both add-on companies. This transaction adds to a long list of private equity deals on which Oaklins has advised.
