June 2026 — Growth Partners Capital has acquired a minority stake in Lomboser S.A., establishing a strategic partnership to support the company’s next phase of growth and expansion across Iberia.
Lomboser is a Portuguese company based in Vagos, in the Aveiro region, specializing in turnkey industrial construction and metal structures. With operations in Portugal and France, the company delivers projects under a design-and-build model, serving as a single point of contact from design through delivery. Its integrated offering combines industrial engineering and architecture, in-house fabrication of metal structures and assembly by internal teams under a single contract.

The firm is sector-agnostic and invests in companies across Portugal and Spain, supporting profitable growth through strategic guidance, operational expertise and long-term capital. Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in Portugal acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Lomboser, providing end-to-end support throughout the transaction. The team prepared the marketing materials, identified and approached potential investors, managed the sale process, coordinated the due diligence process and supported the successful negotiation and execution of the share purchase agreement (SPA) and shareholders’ agreement (SHA).
