Kieft Group B.V. has sold a stake to Ball Horticultural Company
The majority shareholder of Kieft Group B.V. has sold a stake in the company to Ball Horticultural Company for an undisclosed consideration.
Kieft’s core activities comprise the breeding, selection, seed production, marketing and sales, seed technology research, and seed treatment. The group has a strong brand name in the international seed market and is known for its unique products.
Ball Horticultural Company is a US-based, family-owned and internationally renowned breeder, producer and wholesale distributor of ornamental plants. Since it was founded in 1905, Ball has introduced many innovative, award-winning varieties to the world of horticulture. Ball has worldwide production, sales and marketing through its many subsidiaries worldwide.
