Stentor Naval Industries has been acquired by Hera Europe Holding BV

The shareholder of Stentor Naval Industries (Stentor) has successfully sold his shares in the company to Hera Europe Holding BV for an undisclosed consideration.

Stentor Naval Industries, based in Sneek, the Netherlands and in Oltenita, Romania, is a company active within the marine sector and specialized in developing, manufacturing and selling of propulsion-related ship parts such as nozzles. Stentor´s products are used for application in ship propellers increasing the speed, preventing vibration and excessive noise and creating significant fuel savings. Stentor has a major international market position in relation to the production and sale of nozzles and other propulsion-related parts for ships.
