April 2007 — KAS BANK N.V. has sold its private banking activities to Nachenius Tjeenk. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Nachenius Tjeenk is the Dutch private banking subsidiary of Bank Paribas.

KAS BANK N.V. is the European specialist for the safekeeping and administration of securities and high-end risk and reporting services, focusing entirely on wholesale securities services to professionals in the pensions and securities industries.
