Matej is an analyst at Oaklins WOOD & Co. in the Czech Republic. He covers a variety of corporate finance projects and transactions across different industries.

Matej joined the firm in 2025 after earning his master’s degree in finance and investments from the Rotterdam School of Management. Previously, he had worked in the investment team at one of the leading private equity funds in the region, executing transactions in media, retail and e-commerce. He also gained experience at Banco Ripley in Chile and in capital markets advisory at PwC.
