Minne Verboom

Analyst

Minne is an analyst at Oaklins Netherlands and a member of the M&A mid-market team. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, including preparing industry analyses, financial models, valuation materials and sales documentation.

Minne joined Oaklins in 2026 following an internship. Previously, he gained experience at Van Lanschot Kempen, EY and Grant Thornton. Minne has a master’s degree in finance and investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a master’s degree in international and European tax law from the University of Amsterdam.
