James Kos

Analyst

James is an analyst at Oaklins Netherlands and a member of the M&A mid-market team. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials.

James joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2026 after completing an internship in 2024. Previously, he had gained private equity experience at Straco and investment banking experience at DC Advisory. James has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in corporate finance, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
