Sebastien Nadeau

Managing Partner

Sébastien is a managing partner at Oaklins Canada. He has more than 20 years of experience in debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and project finance. His key areas of expertise are in the food & beverage, consumer & retail, TMT and manufacturing sectors. High-profile clients he has advised include Stageline on its sale to BDG Partners, Innotex on its sale to Clearspring Capital Partners and Boudrias Horticole on its sale to Fulcrum Capital Partners. He has also advised companies such as ImportFab, Cad Railway Industries, Groupe St-Hubert, HydroSolution and Première Moisson. In addition, Sébastien has worked on buy-side mandates for businesses across a variety of highly specialized sectors, most notably in the railway industry and the food, retail and consumer product segments.

Before joining the team, Sébastien was a director with PwC Corporate Finance, where he structured and closed numerous mid-market transactions. He also worked in the structured finance department of Hydro-Quebec, a government-owned utility in the energy sector. Sébastien has a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and is a qualified CPA, CA and CF.
