Matej is a senior manager at Oaklins WOOD & Co. in Slovakia. He is a seasoned M&A advisor whose experience spans both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across Europe. With expertise in energy, financials, TMT and real estate, his clients include Eterus Capital, SPP, Partners Group, JESS, and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.

Matej joined the firm in 2016 after roles at Alliance Bernstein and Enel. He has degrees from Comenius University in Bratislava and Imperial College London.
