Managing Director

Justin is a managing director and co-founder at Oaklins Henslow in Australia, where he is responsible for the ECM team. He has over 25 years’ professional experience in both equity capital markets and corporate advisory. Justin has significant cross-border experience, having advised multiple clients in Australia and the UK. He has managed as well as advised companies, holding current and former directorships with a number of listed and unlisted companies, in Australia and the UK. He has built strong expertise in advising listed companies in several sectors. Most recently, Justin advised Alcidion (ASX:ALC) on their AUS$55 million raise to fund the acquisition of Silverlink PCS Software Ltd as well as sales enablement software provider Bigtincan Holdings (ASX:BTH) on their AUS$136 million capital raise to fund the acquisition of Brainshark Inc. He has also provided public and private capital raising, block trade and corporate broking advice to many listed clients, including Change Financial, Ambertech, Hydrix, Moula, Raiz Invest, Challenger Exploration and GBM Resources.

Justin began his career in corporate finance in London and worked in both advisory and institutional broking roles, becoming the group chief executive of Blue Oar Securities PLC, a listed, integrated financial services firm with over 400 staff and offices across the UK and Australia.
