Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ debt advisory team in the Netherlands advised Mentha Capital in this transaction and assisted in establishing a financing package aligned with the current business profile and that supports the management’s ambitions for the long term. Our partner, Bas Stoetzer, said: "Acquiring two companies at the same time is always an intense process.
