KOSIT has secured syndicated bank financing
June 2026 — KOSIT AS has successfully secured US$260 million in new debt financing from a syndicate comprising Tatra banka AS and Československá obchodná banka AS (ČSOB). The remainder will fund acquisitions, further development projects and the refinancing of existing debt. The financing reinforces KOSIT’s position as a leading Slovak waste management group, operating one of the country’s two strategic waste-to-energy plants.
