Mats Phillip is an analyst at Oaklins Norway. He is responsible for financial modeling, market analysis, valuations and presentations, supporting senior advisors throughout the entire M&A process.

Before joining Oaklins, Mats Phillip worked as an analyst at AF Gruppen, where he was responsible for operational analysis and financial due diligence related to acquisitions, as well as providing decision support for investments and other corporate finance activities. He has buy-side experience from a large publicly listed serial acquiror and has assisted in several transactions across the construction, civil engineering, oil services and electrical infrastructure sectors. Mats Phillip has an MSc from BI Norwegian Business School, with a specialization in finance.
